Sarah Carter, winner of Killam Prize for work on Praire history of women and Indigenous people

Congratulations to Dr. Sarah Carter whose book "Ours By Every Law of Right and Justice: Women and the Vote in the Prairie Provinces" is one of three finalists for the Stubbendieck Great Plains Distinguished Book prize and is one of three nominated for the Margaret McWilliams Book Prize in Manitoba history in the scholarly history category.
