Benchmarks

Writing Job Fact Sheets can be a challenging process. The support staff benchmarks are provided to assist supervisors and managers in the design and development of positions for their areas. They are also intended to:

  • Provide information on types of positions and their corresponding levels
  • Support internal equity, as all positions will be evaluated against the benchmarks
  •  Assist departments with the assessment of appropriate salary levels for casual appointments
