Effective immediately, all academic, support and excluded staff positions funded from operating or non-restricted funds cannot be advertised or hired without the prior written approval of the Provost or Vice-President (Finance and Administration). Recruitment Services is responsible for providing expert consultation, advice and assistance on recruitment practices in support of the university's overall employment strategies.
