Document management system training

Human Resource Services’ document management system will be made available to specific campus users on September 16, 2020.

The document management system is a central repository of training materials, procedures documents, forms and templates. During the one-hour information session, we will review the following:

  • What is a Document Management System?
  • How do I access this information?
  • Document types
  • How to perform a search
  • Alfresco dashboard
  • How to request content changes to a document
  • How to request a new document

Register for one of three sessions available for timekeepers, eForm originators and HR practitioners:

You will receive a reminder email one day prior to the session you enrolled in which will contain the google meet link you will need to participate in this session.
