Your First Month

  1. Continue to get the training and development you need.
    1. Start executing the development plan you built with your supervisor in the first week. Assess your progress and identify opportunities to learn more. Review your first 30 days and set your 60 and 90-day goals.
    2. Continue check ins with your peer coach.
  2. Join other University of Alberta staff for a Virtual Orientation and Networking event. You'll learn more about the U of A, meet new people and make more connections with people and opportunities for fun. Click here for more details about the event.
  3. Explore U of A cultural and recreational opportunities.
    1. Identify events or opportunities available on campus that suit your interests.
    2. Join a group or team
