The University's Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provider offers a wide range of e-courses and services available online to all University of Alberta faculty and staff. These online services are a proactive way to help manage and understand a variety of issues that may be troublesome without leaving the privacy of your own home. The online courses and services, administered by the University's EFAP provider, will provide step by step navigation and assistance through the tutorial process.
