Physical Well-being

The word “healthy” means different things to different people: It could mean one thing to a busy mom and something completely different to a tired student. Having a healthy body doesn't mean following a strict diet or exercise regimen. It means finding out what works best for you. Our behaviours have a significant impact on our well-being and we can all make choices to keep active, fuel ourselves with the right nutrients and get the right amount of sleep. This ensures we are able to maintain a good quality of life and contributes to the prevention of illness.

Health Kits

HRHSE has Health Kits available for our faculty and staff, as well as their loved ones who may be experiencing a health concern. The kits have been carefully curated relying on information from national organizations to provide resources and materials to support well-being during difficult times.

Health kits are intended to be requested by individual users rather than widespread distribution.
