Financial Well-being

jar that has tape that says budget with pennies inside

Financial well-being is an important part of your overall personal well-being and can be achieved regardless of income. Financial stress impacts us like any other forms of stress — it can negatively impact sleep, relationships, family life, performance at work and physical and emotional health.

Having financial well-being can:

  • allow individuals more time to focus and invest in their health and well-being.
  • provide a sense of security and peace of mind, which can positively impact overall health.
