Well-being Through Change
Between budget cuts, restructuring and moving to hybrid teaching and working, faculty and staff have encountered difficult, sustained change.
Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats and other significant sources of stress. We can help ourselves by asking questions, discussing our concerns and taking time to work through emotional reactions.
Human Resources, Health, Safety and Environment offers a number of resources to support faculty, staff and leaders through change and promote well-being.
