Use the following filters to narrow your search results:

  • Role Based Toolkit such as Forms, Academic Admin, Supervisor and Timekeeper
  • Functional Module such as Onboarding, Time and Labour or eForms
  • Action Process such as Pay Rate Change, Data Change or Retirement
  • Employee Class such as TLAPS, Academic Faculty or All Employees
  • Keyword such such as Maternity Leave

Forms and documentation are accessible to University of Alberta employees. To view these documents you must be signed in to Email & Apps using your personal campus computing Id (CCID). If you do not have a CCID, please connect with the Department Contact for your area.

HR practitioners, timekeepers and eform originators have access to additional forms and documentation. If you do not have access, please contact your departmental HR contact.
