An Easier Way to Access Learning and Development for Faculty and Staff

Human Resource Services (HRS) offers faculty and staff a variety of training, learning, and development opportunities that are managed and delivered using a number of different tools. To simplify the way you access our learning opportunities, HRS will be moving to a single Learning Management System (LMS) called LearnCentre.

Our goal is to make it easier for you to engage in learning and development. Whether registering for an instructor led lunch & learn or taking an employee self-service online course, all of our learning opportunities will be available in one place. Not only will this system make it easier to register for training or take an online course, you will be able to view your learning history and track your progress.

This will be a phased transition to ensure there is no interruption in service. Starting April 15 you will be directed to LearnCentre to register for or access certain learning opportunities. Instructor led training that previously used the Learning Shop for registration will now use LearnCentre. Online courses available through eClass, such as Employee Self Service and PeopleSoft Training, will also be available through LearnCentre. This will not affect training you are currently registered for through the Learning Shop.
