E-learning and workplace tips to assist you during the pandemic and beyond.

During the pandemic, the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety is offering a number of their e-learning modules for free. While the courses themselves are free of charge, you will be asked to create an account in order to access the sessions.

The following one to two minute videos are provided by Workplace Strategies for Mental Health. While the tips were created in response to COVID, the messages and concepts within the videos can be timeless reminders.
