Life Lines - Importance of Sleep

A 2017 report found the majority of Canadians generally don’t get enough sleep on a daily basis, affecting both their health and the economy as a whole. Quality sleep – the kind that makes you look refreshed and feeling energized – is as important to your physical health as diet, nutrition and exercise. It also affects attention, behaviour, amd memory,  making it a key factor in your overall mental wellbeing. 

Life Lines is a publication brought to you by the University’s Employee and Family Assistance Program provider, Homewood Health.
