The pandemic has resulted in many changes in the workplace over the last 16 months. Whether switching to a remote environment or remaining on campus, all faculty and staff have been impacted not only in their work lives but also their homes lives. As we adapt once more in preparation for a return to campus, it is likely that many of us may experience increased worry or concern about our physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. Wellbeing in the Workplace - A Post Pandemic Reference Guide has been developed to assist community members in managing stress and worry while navigating these changes by having easy access to self directed support on a variety of topics.
