Dr. Lindy Elkins-Tanton is the Principal Investigator (lead) of the NASA Psyche Mission, the first
mission planned to visit a metal-rich asteroid, and Director of the Interplanetary Initiative at
Arizona State University. In this talk Dr. Elkins-Tanton will introduce what is known and what is hypothesized about Psyche, and discuss how the mission is progressing.
