Dr. Vina Goghari is Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Medicine, at the University of Calgary. Her research Interests include mental health, assessment, schizophrenia, mood disorders, cognitive remediation, neuroimaging, and social functioning. Dr. Goghari received the CIHR New Investigator Award and the Canadian Psychological Association President’s New Researcher Award. She is currently working on “Behavioural and Prefrontal and Parietal Functional and Structural MRI Changes Associated with Working Memory Training”, “Potential Cell Membrane Biomarkers in Prefrontal White Matter and Erythrocytes in Euthymic Bipolar Disorder I”, and “Family study of executive functioning deficits in gambling disorders.”
