Sarah Chan (MA) is a teacher, musician, writerly-type, and mother of Dexter and Alice. She runs her private piano studio and also publishes the bicycle/lifestyle blog, Girls and Bicycles. As an active transportation and urban form enthusiast, Sarah believes in smart planning so that cities can be active, social, pragmatic, and healthy. She is an avid volunteer as an advocate and community builder alongside her husband, mayor Don Iveson.
