- Made up of 13 institutions; including the Royal Military College of Canada, University of Moncton, University of Ottawa, Simon Fraser University, and Laurentian University
- Programs that allow Francophone and/or Francophile students to immerse fully in a multicultural environment, giving the choice to live in French, English, or in both languages
- Courses and programs in many different areas; including the arts, social sciences, law, engineering, science, management and health services
