When Can I Go?
Terms Offered: Fall, Winter, Full Year
Term Dates:
Fall term equivalent: October - December. Please note that the maximum course load possible at Lancaster for a Fall Term exchange would normally be equivalent to 12 UAlberta credits. It might be possible to get permission from Lancaster to take a course load equivalent to 15 UAlberta credits but this is not guaranteed.
Winter term equivalent: January - June
Eligibility Requirements
Open to: All Faculties
Level: Undergraduate, Graduate
Students need a cumulative 3.0 GPA to be considered for an exchange to Lancaster University. Students with a cumulative GPA in the range of 2.5 - 3.0, however, may still be considered for the exchange on a case-by-case basis but would need to provide up-to-date copies of their official transcripts along with letters explaining their lower-than-desired GPAs to Lancaster along with the other application documents that Lancaster would require.
