Queer Identity Space

To celebrate the end of Pride Week, we welcome everyone, no matter what you identify with, to join us in celebrating your varying identities on Gather Town. We'll have games (e.x. Set, Codenames, Draw Battle, and more!) set up for anybody who wants to play or tables for those who just want to chat.
Two-Spirit Resilience and Resurgence
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM MDT
Join us for an educational presentation by Cheyenne Mihko Kihêw, the community Liason of the Edmonton Two-Spirit Society. In this presentation, Cheyenne will focus on what Two-Spirit is, history, colonialism, the resurgence movement. Open to those who identify as Indigenous, as well as allies who identify as non-Indigenous.
The last 30 minutes of this event will be a dedicated identity space only for individuals who identify as Indigenous or Two-Spirit. This portion of the Event will be from 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM MDT.
Comedy Night
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM MDT
Join us for a digital comedy night with the lovely Cindy Rivers! Cindy is a trans comedian who has been all over the country and is now coming to your living room! Have a laugh and get to know Cindy with a Q&A session after their set. Happy pride!
Creating and Running a GSA

In this presentation for preservice teachers we will look at creating a GSA, legislation and history, student and teacher rights, as well as and practical steps in helping a GSA thrive in your school. Presented by Alex Marshall.
LGBTQ+ Life Throughout History Trivia Night

Come have a great time at LGBTQ+ Life Throughout History Trivia Night! This virtual trivia night will include trivia questions about queer activists and movements, LGBTQ+ history in Canada and different countries, as well as some fun facts! This night will also include a discussion session afterwards about some of the topics!
