1.) Why do I need to resubmit my payment information for my membership?
Campus & Community Recreation does not store full payment information on the recreation management system. Payment information is stored on a third-party provider, Moneris Payment Solutions. All payment information through Moneris Payment Solutions is encrypted.
2.) What happens to my information on the old recreation management system?
Information from the old recreation management system will be archived and encrypted. Due to strict privacy and security policies, we will not be able to access archived information, and thus need to re-enter payment information for the new Activity Registration System.
3.) Can I manage my membership online with the new system?
No. Memberships can only be managed in-person or over the phone at the Customer Service Centre in the Van Vliet Complex and Saville Community Sports Centre.

4.) Can I cancel a membership online?
No. To discontinue continuous memberships, you must submit you resignation, IN PERSON or email a signed cancellation form, at least seven (7) days prior to the date of membership cancellation. (For example, if you wish your cancellation to become effective September 1st, you must fill out the appropriate form at the Van Vliet Complex on or before August 25th.)
The membership cancellation form can be picked up in-person at Facility Services (1-241, Van Vliet Complex). Email cancellations can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
