New to Climbing

Bouldering 101

A 2-hour technique-based bouldering class for beginner & intermediate climbers. For ages 12 and up.

Intro to Climbing

A comprehensive introduction to climbing for new climbers. Learn the basics of climbing including movement and top rope belay skills in three 2-hour sessions. For ages 14 and up.

U Belay

A 2 hour comprehensive top rope belay course that will prepare you for the top rope test and to safely top rope climb. For ages 14 and up.

Learn to Lead

The Complete Climber

A complete semester program designed to take the brand new climber from step one to the top. For ages 14 and up.

U Lead

Learn the skills, techniques, and strategies required to safely and successfully lead climb. Participants must be at least 14 years of age and should have at least 6 months experience with top rope belay, and should be comfortable climbing 5.9.

Climbing Conditioning

Women on Walls

This climbing course is designed specifically for women and is taught by a female instructor. Learn movement, top rope belay skills, and climbing-specific fitness.

U Train

A training program designed to push the intermediate climber to new levels. For ages 14
and up.

U Upgrade

A comprehensive training program for ages 16+ structured for intermediate and advanced climbers who want to upgrade their climbing ability. This program is designed to be the next step after our U Train Program.
