You can’t go wrong with these more traditional classes. Team Fitness didn’t want to deconstruct what was working, so you know just what to expect.
Everybody knows that working out with friends keeps you coming back week after week. If you don’t currently have those folks in your life who will support and hold you accountable, you will certainly find them in one of these classes. Smaller groups, a sprinkle of teamwork and shared goals will bring a sense of community to your fitness class.

Fitness drop-in passes provide flexibility in experiencing a wide variety of fitness classes at both North Campus and Saville Community Sports Centre. Purchase these at the Customer Service Centre in the Van Vliet Complex or Saville Community Sports Centre.
