Are you up for the challenge?

The Let’s Get Moving Challenge is a 4-week long physical activity challenge to incorporate more movement into your daily routine. In January, each challenger will receive a newsletter that provides simple and fun ways to get out of your seat without compromising studying/working time, brought to you by Campus & Community Recreation and Wellness Supports.

Who is This For?

Anybody! Moving a bit more everyday has significant health benefits!

How Does it Work?

    1. Sign up before January 6

      Sign up today & Let's Get Moving

    2.  Weekly emails will be sent on Mondays, starting January 8th - different theme each week.
    3. 4 activities in each newsletter, plus a highlight of an event or initiative
    4. Participate in an extra weekly challenge to win prizes, engage in some friendly competition with other LGM challenger.
