Wellness Wednesday is a free 50 minute workshop every Wednesday in the Fall and Winter semesters. All sessions are scheduled from 4:05-4:55PM. Our goal is to raise student awareness on various healthy living practices and general wellness topics from a classroom setting. This year we are also incorporating stress relieving activities such as scrap-booking and crocheting.
Healthy snacks and beverages will be provided.
