All donation offers will receive serious consideration. Because of space and other limitations, we are not always able to accept all donation offers. We sometimes try to find a new home for materials which do not fit our mandate.

Donations of library materials are accepted with the understanding that the Bohdan Medwidsky Ukrainian Folklore Archives becomes the sole owner, and reserves the ultimate right to determine retention, location, level of cataloguing, access, and other considerations related to their use or disposition. Please fill and sign the Gift Form.

If you would like to offer a donation of archival material, please make a detailed list of what you would like to offer and contact the archivist ukrfolk@ualberta.ca.

If your donation offer is accepted, you will need to complete the Donation Agreement form. The archivist can assist you with this when you visit the Archives.

If you would like to make a monetary donation to the Archives to help process your materials faster, please contact the Archives ukrfolk@ualberta.ca.
