The Bohdan Medwidsky Ukrainian Folklore Archives have been added to the new edition of the Edmonton Social Research Directory. The Edmonton Social Planning Council first published the Social Research Directory in the 1980s. This guide was created to provide information about library collections of use to social researchers. While the ESPC hoped to update the directory biannually, publication halted in 1989. In 2010, the directory was resurrected and has been released every year since.

This year's edition of the Edmonton Social Research Directory includes the following new additions:

Bohdan Medwidsky Ukrainian Folklore Archives
Edmonton Public Schools Archives and Museum
MacEwan University Library - City Centre Campus Library
REACH Edmonton Council for Safe Communities
University of Alberta Archives
Yellowhead Tribal College Library
