The Kule Folklore Centre is proud to host the recreated exhibit Maidan - Throught Patience to Hope. This exhibit captures the protests and changes in Ukraine this last winter and gives voice to real people and their feelings.
This exhibit was originally displayed at the Rimini Meeting Festival in Italy during the summer of 2014. UofA graduate student Natalia Bezborodova spoke at the festival and made arrangements to recreate the exhibit together with the original authors - Oleksandr Filonenko, Anastasia Zolotova, Oleksiy Chekal, and Oleksiy Sigov - through the Kule Folklore Centre.
The exhibit will be displayed until October 12, 2014 in the Galleria Atrium of Rutherford Library.
