Are you interested in researching the digital? Join us for our inaugural Kule Connect Cafe to network with like-minded researchers!

The cafe is a new networking opportunity for researchers to meet others with similar interests regardless of discipline. No outcomes are required!

Adam Dombovari - 15 August 2016

The Kule Connect Cafes is a new informal networking event series open to all UofA faculty, post-docs and grad students in the social sciences, humanities and fine arts to connect and discover mutual research interests and resources in pursuit of developing cross-disciplinary research teams. It is a casual forum for research ideas at an early stage of formulation. No formal program, and no 'outcomes' are required!

The theme of our first cafe is Researching the Digital Across Disciplines with brief introduction from Randy Goebel, Associate VP (Academic & Research) and Professor in Computing Science on Computing Methods in Collaboration Between the Arts & Sciences.

You can RSVP to the event through the Google Form at http://bit.ly/2aZQj2C or by emailing kias@ualberta.ca

Coffee and sandwiches will be provided.

To propose a theme for future cafes, email kias@ualberta.ca or drop by our office at 337 Arts & Convocation Hall.
