Prof. Mitchell McInnes helps rewrite Fridman’s Law of Torts for 4th edition

Professor Mitchell McInnes recently published Fridman's Law of Torts in Canada (4th ed, 2020).

Professor Gerald Fridman, who produced the original text and served as the dean of the University of Alberta Faculty of Law during the 1970s, passed away in 2017. Along with colleagues at Western University, Professor McInnes has updated and extensively rewritten the book. His other publications in the area include Introduction to the Law of Torts (4th ed, 2020) and Cases and Materials on the Law of Torts (10th ed, 2019).
