Prof. Mitchell McInnes publishes new book chapter on enrichment

Professor Mitchell McInnes of the University of Alberta Faculty of Law recently contributed a chapter entitled "Enrichment" to Research Handbook on Unjust Enrichment and Restitution (Elgar).

The book provides exhaustive coverage of its subject from a variety of international perspectives.

Other contributors include Lord Burrows of the United Kingdom's Supreme Court, Professor Charles Mitchell of Oxford University, and Professor Ernest Weinrib of the University of Toronto.
