30th Annual Prizes & Awards Reception

At the end of November, the UAlberta Law community gathered at the Faculty Club to recognize graduate and undergraduate student excellence within the Faculty of Law. Interim Dean David R. Percy and Professor Roderick Wood along with several faculty members and donors presented recipients in attendance with their awards.

Each year, the Faculty of Law awards more than $1.3 million to students in the form of scholarships, bursaries and prizes, thanks to the generous contributions of donors. Awards are made on a variety of criteria, including academic excellence, course performance, leadership, and community service, to name a few.

A heartfelt thank you to all the donors who were responsible for several hundred awards being distributed.
