We want your time at the University of Alberta to be a positive experience you won’t soon forget. During your time here you will receive support from various members of faculty and staff, both academic and non-academic.
Your first point of contact in the law school will be the Student Services and Admissions Office who are there to assist you with any questions or problems you may encounter before your arrival in Edmonton and during your time here. If we are unable to answer your query, we will refer it to the relevant member of staff or university department.
The Faculty of Law is known for its collegial nature and our exchange students are welcomed into the dynamic student body and encouraged to attend events, join teams and clubs, and contribute in ways that allow students to get to know aspects of Faculty and Canadian culture.
The University’s International Centre offers a variety of resources including a comprehensive orientation programme, language groups, and financial resources for international and exchange students. Students are encouraged to visit the Prospective and Current Students section of their website: www.international.ualberta.ca.
Students can subscribe to their eWeekly electronic newsletter to learn about upcoming events, tips, and opportunities.
The University of Alberta’s central Student Services are also available to all students.
