In 2003 set up Edmonton’s biggest Outdoor Hockey Rink at Commonwealth Stadium for the very first Heritage Classic

  • Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta
  • 1984 - Graduated University of Alberta Faculty of Law
  • Joined Bryan and Company LLP, his area of practice is in Banking and Finance Law and in Business Law

Currently Serving on Boards of Alberta charities and not-for–profit organisations and Business, including:

  • 2012 - Chair of the University of Alberta Board of Governors
  • Board Chair of Fort Edmonton Management Company
  • Chairman of the Board of the Fort Edmonton Management Committee
  • Chair of the TELUS Edmonton Community Board
  • Member of the Board of Trustees for the for the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation
  • Chairman of the Board and Director of ATAC Resources
  • Board of Directors of B2ten
  • Hockey Canada Foundation

Served on Various Community Organisations, including:

  • 2007 – 2010 Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT)
  • 2009 – 2010 Former Chairman of the Board of the Edmonton Eskimo Football Club, served as co-chair of 2010 Grey Cup, and as Treasurer on the Board
  • Chairman of the Board of the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation
  • The Board of Directors of the Capital Health Authority
  • Chairman of the Molson Canadian Heritage Hockey Classic, held on November 2003 in Edmonton, AB
