Xtend Barre Fitness Session
The Xtend Barre class incorporates elements of dance, ballet and Pilates to create an adrenaline-fueled workout that strengthens, lengthens and chisels the body. Each class features an elegant yet energetic combination of movements that enhance flexibility, improve balance and challenge the core. No prior Pilates experience or dance training required. Just be ready to sweat!

Aromatherapy bath-bomb session
Join us for an introduction to aromatherapy and bath-bomb making session as part of Law Wellness Week! Our resident Student Services aromatherapy expert, Michael Rajan, will guide us through the session. All experience levels are welcome!

Yoga with Jahaan Premji
Jahaan is a second-year law student at the Faculty and was recently trained in teaching Vinyasa Yoga at the Vinyasa Yoga School in Rishikesh, India.
This class will be centred on flowing the body to the breath and is open to all fitness levels. We have some yoga mats on hand if you don't have one.
