Masters of Laws

The Master of Laws (LLM) is a one-year research graduate degree program which attracts law students and professionals who wish to engage in peer-reviewed research projects.

Doctor of Philosophy

The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) is a three-year research degree program which attracts aspiring legal academics who have already successfully completed at least one graduate law degree.

How to Apply to Graduate Programs

The Faculty of Law administers the Master of Laws (LLM) and the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees. Information regarding the graduate admissions process can be found within the Admissions section. The application deadline for both programs is December 1, 2018.
