Open to PLLC students and alumni, as well as residents of Peter Lougheed Hall, our co-curriculum provides opportunities to drill down deeper into skills related to leadership, such as communication, conflict resolution, and pitching. Most of these events have hands-on activity lead by professionals who excel at the skill.
These events have limited availability and registration is required. Participants will be invited to register online two weeks before each event.
Past workshops include:
- "Trends, Tweets and Trolls" facilitated by journalist Paula Simons
- Kory Mathewson from Rapid Fire Theatre used improv to teach conflict resolution strategies
- 10 Year Plan: A planning and goal setting session to encourage students to look forward
