Choose this stream if you want to focus on leadership challenges specific to you and develop your problem-solving skills.
Through this eight-month experience, you will work in an interdisciplinary cohort during monthly workshops to diagnose the leadership failures and challenges. An adaptive leadership framework helps graduate students move beyond their technical expertise to solve personal and real-world problems. Participants will dive beneath the surface of their leadership challenges to consider how their own experiences and histories may contribute to them. Participants also have advance access to all workshops in the Wade stream.

The Dive stream is a workshop series that uses an adaptive leadership framework to build graduate students’ ability to tackle complex problems in their professional and personal worlds. Adaptive leadership is a critical tool and skillset for those looking to drive systemic change while being accountable to their own values and goals. Participants will engage in public learning to test the adaptive diagnostic process together, building their diagnostic skills while working on their own individual barriers to leadership success.
The commitment for Dive includes: one 3-hour monthly workshop, one one-hour peer group meeting, and 1-2 hours of reading per month.
