Combining a paid Teaching Assistantship with a structured leadership development program, the Teaching Fellow program offers graduate and law students the opportunity to develop their teaching skills and build their leadership capacity.
The program launches with a two-week teacher training bootcamp that includes experiential workshops on facilitating discussion, assessment, and classroom management. During the academic year, Fellows TA for an interdisciplinary leadership course while receiving robust support and feedback from PLLC faculty.
Fellows also participate in a cohort-based leadership development program, meeting monthly during the academic year to analyze leadership challenges specific to them and develop their problem-solving skills.
