ATTENTION ALL UNVIERSITY OF ALBERTA STUDENTS

The University of Alberta in partnership with the American University in Washington DC and CEDAN Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico City invite all students interested in North American integration to apply to this year's Congress of Young Leaders of North America. This year's Congress will be held at American University in Washington DC, from the 18th - 20th of March, 2010.

AREAS
The areas of focus of this year's Congress are: border security; sustainable development; labour mobility; and labour security.

FUNDING
The Youth Congress will cover air fare, food, accommodations, and transportation to and from the airport for all selected candidates.

REQUIREMENTS
- A citizen or permanent resident of Canada
- Between 18 and 30 years of age
- A full-time University of Alberta student (either undergraduate or graduate)
- A GPA of 3.0

SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION
- Submit a cover letter explaining your research interests and outlining the reasons why you should be selected for the program. The letter should be one page, single spaced, 12pt font, 1-inch margins.
- Sumbit a research project abstract describing your proposed research project (related to one of the four conference themes) for your presentation to your working group. Your abstract must be a maximum of 250 words in length, 12pt, 1-inch margins.
