University of Alberta & Gairdner Foundation Present: Precision Health

The annual Gairdner Research Symposium features cutting-edge themes in fundamental research impacting human health and attracts world-renowned scientists to discuss relevant global-health challenges. In partnership with the Gairdner Foundation, the University of Alberta is hosting a two-day symposium titled Precision Health—From Data to Wellness that will take place on Thursday, November 15 and Friday, November 16, 2018 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

This year’s event will highlight recent discoveries and developments that are transforming current treatment paradigms into a more data-centred and patient-specific approach. Learn about exciting achievements in precision diagnostics, therapeutics, public health and digital analytics.
