My primary appointment is to the department of Pediatrics – Division of Pediatric Neurology.
I would describe myself as a clinical scholar. My job description is clinical (60%), education (10%), research (10%) and administration (20%).
Contributions in clinical practice have included developing New clinical services – neurometabolic and neurodegenerative clinics at SCH+GRH, Fra-X, Pediatric Movement Disorder Clinic at the GRH. In education I have developed new aspects in PCC course and block design, and a brain Injury booklet with the RAH team. My research includes clinical publications, and involvement in the Autism Treatment Network, and the National degenerative disorders group. In administration, I am the Division director – creating triage strategies and guidelines, work protocols over admitting patients and more.
I would be able to provide mentorship in any of the clinical, educational, research, or administrative domains.
