Requests for Travel Funds

The faculty has asked all administrative units of the Dean’s Office to adopt a process for approving travel/conference costs that is fair, consistent and transparent.

Travel requests for dean funding are submitted twice a year in September (for travel to end of April) and May (for travel until September). Additional requests may be accommodated throughout the year.

Forms are to be submitted to your program’s APO or lead administrator. Include all travel that you have already booked and are wanting faculty funds for, and all travel that you may be doing based on submissions to conferences, meetings and other events. Existing budget and professional allowances are expected to be applied before dean support is requested
