The office of the Assistant Dean of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) works to identify and promote practices and principles that celebrate the strengths in difference and ensures equitable opportunities in employment, health sciences education and delivery of care.
At the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry (FoMD), we want to go beyond defining and understanding the main pillars that build EDI; instead, we live them every day. Since 2017, we have positioned ourselves as institutional leaders with vision and practice at the University of Alberta.
