Kundalini Yoga

The ancient teaching of Kundalini Yoga involve postures, breath, sound, mantra and meditation. Patients are free to practice at their own level of comfort, whether on a chair or on a mat. Patients learn many techniques such as breathing, movements, breathwalk and relaxation that help not only in managing their pain but also in the dealings of daily life and the achievement of better sleep. Many of our patients have benefited from these techniques.
