Dear ADI PI Members:
We are pleased to announce our competition for the 2012 ADI Diabetes Research Studentships.
The studentships are being funded by: (1) the Alberta Diabetes Foundation; (2) Gladys Woodrow Wirtanen; (3) the Morley and Val Blanch Family; (4) the Muttart Diabetes Research and Training Centre; and (5) Transamerica Life Canada. For the sake of both the applicants and the reviewers, we are combining the applications for these varied studentship sources into a single form. These are awards to support one year of a MSc or PhD student involved in diabetes-related research. Second year studentship funding may be considered upon submission of the completed 2012 application form.
The deadline for this competition is Friday, March 2, 2012 @ 12:00 pm (no exceptions!).
