4-Part Learning Series in Indigenous Health

Starting in the fall of 2018, the Indigenous Health Initiatives Program is pleased to host a 4-part learning series in Indigenous Health. This Learning Series intends to build knowledge and capacity throughout the Faculty about our shared role in redressing the legacy of Indian Residential Schools and advancing the process of reconciliation. The Learning Series builds foundational knowledge about the historical and political undercurrents that affect Indigenous well-being and social location and move into more focused presentations by expert leaders in narrower topics such as: Indigenous Women's Health and the Impacts of Colonialism.
