Peripherals

The MedIT Service Desk only supports MedIT standard peripherals.

Features

The following services are coordinated for the life of each standard peripheral:

  • Purchase, delivery and installation
  • On-site and remote technical support
  • Reconnection and testing after relocation (does not include physical relocation of the equipment)
  • Asset retirement (includes hard drive erasure in compliance with security standards)

Rates

MedIT peripheral support is funded by the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry to only service MedIT standard peripherals. Any non-standard peripheral can be supported for a service fee.
