The MedIT Service Desk provides desktop support for MedIT standard personal computers. This service is sustained for the life of each computer.


  • Purchase, delivery and installation of standard hardware. 
  • Installation and configuration of faculty/department/division standard software. 
  • On-site or remote technical support.
  • Reconnection and testing after relocation (does not include physical relocation of the equipment).
  • Equipment retirement (includes hard drive erasure in compliance with security standards).
