Department of Music student Daniel Gervais won the 2016 Canadian Grand Masters Fiddling Competition.
The fiddle competition began in 1990 and involves approximately 30 fiddlers across Canada annually who are invited to compete for the title of Canadian Grand Master.
With pride we congratulate Daniel on achieving this title for the second time in his career. Daniel previously won the title back in 2011 as the first Alberta fiddler to win the competition.
